Professional Fees

We reimburse all of the General Optical Council’s fees for retention of our Optometrists and National Trainers. We reimburse all the HCPC fees for retention of our Audiologists. Professional field staff are covered by the Company’s Liability Insurance.

Holidays

Up to 25 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata’d for part-time).

Pension

Company private pension scheme matched up to 5% gross salary contribution.

The company operate a staff discount structure for spectacles, sunglasses and hearing aids. Discount is also available for family members.

Childcare Vouchers

Employees can benefit with our Childcare Voucher Scheme. Working parents are entitled to exchange a portion of their gross salary for Childcare Vouchers. This portion of your pay is exempt from Tax and National Insurance Contributions.
