Free patient aftercare

Following the delivery of your new glasses all new Outside Clinic patients receive a free twelve-month aftercare service, including patient care and in-warranty repair service. So should you require any further assistance relating to your eyes or spectacles, you need only to call The Outside Clinic’s dedicated patient service team on freephone 0800 854477, based here in the UK at our Head Office in Swindon, with advisors ready to speak to you 8am-7pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-6pm on Fridays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

CarePlus membership – aftercare & protection

The Outside Clinic’s CarePlus membership gives you peace of mind for the lifetime of your prescription to a maximum of 24 months. CarePlus covers the cost of repair of all accidental damage and breakages and offers you great discounts to replace any loss of your glasses – all for only £20. Post-cataract surgery patients

CarePlus membership is a great option for those patients whose prescription may change due to cataract surgery. Membership holders with prescription glasses issued by The Outside Clinic are entitled to have their lenses updated free of charge to the new prescription, after cataract surgery has been performed.

How to apply

You can apply for CarePlus membership anytime within 28 days of the delivery of your new spectacles, your visiting Optical Technician has full details of the benefits of membership, along with the application form and will be more than happy to answer any questions  or you can call us and discuss it today.
