Salary: £16 – £17k

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00am – 17.30pm

Experience: Previous experience in a similar working environment preferred

Qualification: Educated to at least GCSE standard, including Maths and English.

As part of the team in a hard-working contact centre this role will enhance your customer services skills and experience. The role will involve contacting our current Audiology patients ensuring their hearing requirements are being met and arranging further support if required.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Contact patients at the end of their NHS Pathway and checking to see if additional visit is required.
  • An understanding of Audiology or hearing services is desirable, however full training will be given.
  • Ability to communicate with both our patients and their advocates and be customer orientated
  • Exceptional eye for detail with an inquisitive approach to your work.
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • To understand team strategies and objectives.
  • Very organised approach with the ability to multi-task using multiple bespoke systems.
  • Ability to work and problem solve independently and manage deadlines when required.
  • To understand, identify and take ownership of operational decisions.
  • To ensure all NHS AQP (Any Qualified Provider) patients are managed according to defined and contractual pathways and timescales.
  • You like learning new things and are quick to learn.
  • Operate in line with company policies, procedures, NHS guidelines and current legislation at all times.
