We'll randomly select two customers, each week until Christmas, who will receive a full refund. Winners will be contacted by telephone to arrange their refund. If we can't contact the winner after 3 attempts, a new winner will be chosen.
The refund will be made to the same account that the purchase was made from. The refund will be made within 10 working days.
