Terms and Conditions for the Zeiss Lens Draw

1. Promoter Information

The promoter of this draw is OutsideClinic, located at Stirling House, 10 Viscount Way, Swindon, SN3 4TN.

2. Eligibility

The draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over.

Employees of OutsideClinic and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

  • Purchase-Based Entry: Participants who purchase glasses with Zeiss lenses between 18/11/24 and 22/12/24 will be automatically entered into the draw.
  • Free Entry Method: To enter without purchase, participants must send an email to digitalmarketing@outsideclinic.com with their full name, contact number, and a statement confirming their wish to enter the Zeiss lens draw. Only one free entry per person for the duration of this campaign.

4. Entry Periods and Draw Dates

Weekly entry periods:

  • 18/11/24 - 24/11/24
  • 25/11/24 - 01/12/24
  • 02/12/24 - 08/12/24
  • 09/12/24 - 15/12/24
  • 16/12/24 - 22/12/24

Draws will be conducted on:

  • 25/11/24
  • 02/12/24
  • 09/12/24
  • 16/12/24
  • 23/12/24

5. Draw Process

Each week, two winners will be chosen at random using an online spinning wheel – one for Varifocal lenses and one for Single Vision lenses.

6. Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be notified primarily by phone.
  • Participants entering through the free entry method have 12 months to redeem their prize. Purchasers of glasses with Zeiss lenses will receive a refund within 10 working days if they win.

7. Prizes

  • The main prize for purchasers is a full refund of their purchase of glasses with Zeiss lenses.
  • Non-purchasing winners will receive a voucher for a free pair of glasses with Zeiss lenses, redeemable when booking an eye test with OutsideClinic.

8. Alternative Prize Clause

If a non-purchaser wins, they will receive the voucher. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 12 months, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

9. Data Protection

Data will be processed solely for administering the draw, adhering to GDPR.

10. General Conditions

OutsideClinic reserves the right to amend the terms or suspend the draw under unforeseen circumstances.
