Terms and Conditions for the Rechargeable Hearing Aid Draw

  1. Promoter Information

    The promoter of this draw is OutsideClinic, located at Stirling House, 10 Viscount Way, Swindon, SN3 4TN.

  2. Eligibility

    The draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over.
    Employees of OutsideClinic and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  3. How to Enter

    Purchase-Based Entry: Participants who purchase a rechargeable hearing aid between 18/11/24 and 22/12/24 will be automatically entered into the draw.
    Free Entry Method: To enter without purchase, participants must send an email to digitalmarketing@outsideclinic.com with their full name, contact number, and a statement confirming their wish to enter the rechargeable hearing aid draw. Only one free entry per person for the duration of this campaign.

  4. Entry Periods and Draw Dates

    Weekly entry periods:
    18/11/24 - 24/11/24
    25/11/24 - 01/12/24
    02/12/24 - 08/12/24
    09/12/24 - 15/12/24
    16/12/24 - 22/12/24

    Draws will be conducted on:
    25/11/24
    02/12/24
    09/12/24
    16/12/24
    23/12/24

  5. Draw Process

    Winners will be chosen at random using an online spinning wheel.

  6. Notification of Winners

    Winners will be notified primarily by phone.
    Participants entering through the free entry method have 12 months to redeem their prize. Purchasers of rechargeable hearing aid/s will receive a refund within 10 working days if they win.

  7. Prizes

    The main prize for purchasers is a full refund of their purchase of rechargeable hearing aid/s. The 2 year warranty and aftercare is still valid if the hearing aids are won and refunded. If they wish to exchange the hearing aids they will need to pay the balance if the hearing aids are more expensive. Non-purchasing winners will receive a voucher for free rechargeable hearing aid/s, redeemable when booking a hearing test with OutsideClinic. 
  8. Alternative Prize Clause

    If a non-purchaser wins, they will receive the voucher. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 12 months, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

  9. Data Protection

    Data will be processed solely for administering the draw, adhering to GDPR.

  10. General Conditions

    OutsideClinic reserves the right to amend the terms or suspend the draw under unforeseen circumstances.
    By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
